BATAC CITY (Jan 4) – The family of a village defense guard called barangay tanod in this city is in grief after the latter died when he was hit by a motorcycle driven by a 15-year-old boy last Jan. 3, 2016.
Investigations showed that the victim, while on board his bicycle, was about to enter their gate when the boy’s speeding motorcycle accidentally hit him.
S/Insp. Samson Amistad, deputy police chief, said parents should not allow their minor children to drive any motor vehicles. (tsg)
