LAOAG CITY (Nov. 15) – The city police scored anew in its campaign against illegal drugs with the arrest of two suspected pushers during a buy-bust operation here yesterday.
The anti-illegal drug operation conducted by the local police here resulted in the arrest of Imelda Chin, 50, of Aparri, Cagayan and Juliet Tumaneng, 42, of Claveria, Cagayan.
Police seized from the two suspects two sachets of shabu. Both will be charged with violation of Section 5, Article 2 of Republic Act 9165 otherwise known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (edg)
