LAOAG CITY (Sept. 3)– Dr. Roger Ragadi , the OIC Provincial Health Officer of Ilocos Norte, has tendered his resignation.
Dr. Juanito Chua, consultant of Gov Roque Ablan Sr. Memorial Hospital here, confirmed this report saying that Dr. Ragadi was immediately replaced by Dr. Artemio Gambalan.
Chua said that Dr. Ragadi explained in his resignation letter that aside from having more time with his family, he cited his limitation in carrying out all the health care programs of the provincial government under Gov. Imee Marcos his despite his willingness perform all.
Dr. Ragadi will re-assume his previous position as a rural physician under the Provincial Health Office, report said. (Theo S. Guiang)
