LAOAG CITY, Oct. 27–Frederick Ngisit was hospitalized due to body injuries he sustained during a road accident in the outskirt of the city last night.
Ngisit was full of bandage when reporters visited him at his hospital bedside. His face swelled and his right foot severed.
Police said the victim’s motorcycle skidded as he tried to overtake a cement mixer truck. He admitted he was under the influence of liquor when he met the accident.
