603964_541748369181827_1489945541_nBATAC CITY (Jan. 15) – Dharline Abbygale Garvida Agullana, a cum laude nursing graduate of Mariano Marcos State University main campus here, ranked 4th among the Top 10 examinees in the recent December 2013 licensure Nursing test, MMSU President Dr. Miriam Pascua reported.

Dharline hails from Bangui, Ilocos Norte and daughter of Clerk of Court Atty. Arthur Agullana Jr. of the Batac City Regional Trial Court here. Her mother also works with the RTC branch in Laoag City.

She was a consistent valedictorian when she graduated in elementary grade and high school.

“I did not expect myself to be in the Top Ten when I took up the exam. I studied well and prayed hard. It was a blessing from God,” she told the media.

“At first I wanted her to take up law and become a future lawyer like me but her interest was more on nursing course,” her dad said.

Dr. Pascua added that based on the records released by the
Professional Regulations Commission (PRC), MMSU was listed among the Top 3 performing schools nationwide in terms of passing rates.

She credited her teaching staff in the College of Health Science for their excellent expertise, quality education-wise. (Theo S. Guiang)
