LAOAG CITY – Provincial Jail Warden Dario Estavillo said that the provincial jail has already 300 inmates as of October of this year.
He said that the number is considered as one of the highest since he assumed the post.
He attributed the rapid increase after the successful campaign of the Philippine National Police (PNP) against illegal drugs.
He said that of the 300 inmates, 192 of them are facing drug related cases. (tsg)
