LAOAG CITY (Dec. 18)– The anti-drug task force of PNP Ilocos Norte scored anew in its anti-illegal drug campaign following the arrest of one of the most wanted illegal drug personalities in Ilocos Norte.
P/Insp. Jeffrey Taccad, chief of the Police Anti-Illegal Drug Special Operations Task Group (PAIDSOTG) identified the suspect as Luisito Ross, also known as “Chito Ross”.
Taccad said that the suspect was arrested in a successful buy-bust operation in Brgy. 11, this city.
He confirmed that the suspect has been under surveillance by the authorities for his alleged illegal drug activities.
