LAOAG CITY (Dec. 6) – A fisherman in Metro Gabu of this city was walking in the shoreline when he suddenly saw a weird object along his way.
When he got near it, he was surprised to see a drifting leg of a person.
Police Officer Jonathan Alonzo said that Oliver Toribio immediately reported to the police about the said human leg, which was in decomposition stage.
