LAOAG CITY – An unidentified gunman shot and killed Bernard Luna in Brgy. 1, this city, about a few meters away from the city police station.
Witnesses said that the victim was about to board his car when gunshots rung out in front of Siazon Park.
Police Supt. Edwin Balles, city police chief, said that the victim, who hailed from Brgy. Sagpatan, Dingras, was allegedly in the drug watch list of PNP Dingras. (tsg)
