CAMP JUAN, Laoag City (July 23) – A wanted person from Ilocos Norte was arrested by elements of Southern Police District in Taquig City.
Police identified the fugitive as Emiterio Bagay, who evaded arrest for 10 years.
Bagay was the suspect in the killing of Jackson Ravina of Brgy. Nagsurot, Burgos, Ilocos Norte using a 12-gauge shotgun.
He was charged with the crime of murder.
Police Provincial Director, Sr Supt. Marlou Chan credited the arrest of Bagay to the posters of wanted persons that was posted in various areas in the country. (Theo Guiang)
