VINTAR, Ilocos Norte (May 17) – Four suspected drug users were arrested in an anti-drug operation while having an alleged pot session in Brgy. Abkir, of this town.
Police said the suspects were caught in the act of sniffing shabu.
They seized in their possession several drug paraphernalia used during their pot session.
They will be charged with violation of Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (tsg)
