CABUGAO, Ilocos Sur, Dec. 24– Eating of assorted cooked fresh vegetables as daily fare contributed to the longevity of a centenarian.
This claim was revealed by a retired public school teacher who celebrated her 100th birthday during a party attended by many relatives and friends at her residence.
Ma’am Marina Satorno said she ate a lot of vegetables when asked by reporters about her secret formula of long life.
