LAOAG CITY (Dec. 12) – A still unidentified suspect stabbed to death a 20-year-old girl inside her room in Brgy. Camanggaan, this city, a belated police report.
Investigation showed that the victim identified as Donna Mae Ramon Manuel of Carasi, Ilocos Norte was stabbed 18 times in various parts of the body.
Supt. Edwin Balles, chief of police of this city, said that they have no initial suspect, however, several individuals residing in the area have been invited for questioning.
Rita Ramos, sister of the victim, said that the victim was staying with her for about three weeks now to help her in the farm.
