CAMP JUAN, Laoag City,Dec. 5– Provincial Director S/S Marlou Chan said the gun complaint against former provincial prosecutor Melecio Felipe was dismissed by the regional state prosecutor’s office. The case arose from allegation that the gun used in the slay of an SK chair was traced to Atty. Felipe’s name. Chan said they will file a motion for reconsideration.(bb)
