Marcos leads the wreath laying ceremony infront of the Provincial Capitol on January 30, 2015 in honor of the 44 fallen PNP SAF commandos including PO2 Omar Nacionales, native of Marcos, Ilocos Norte. A memorial mass at the Capitol lobby was attended by the family of Nacionales, members of the PNP, Army and BFP, as well as the employees of the Provincial Government.
