The Ilocano Lifestyle Entrepreneurs Association gathered in one Bazaar event the various local vendors held at La Tabacalera, Laoag City last Aug. 24-25. It invited Gov. Imee Marcos for the bag signing of the “Imee Carry All Bag”, a limited edition of top-quality bags inspired by Gov. Marcos’ sense of style.
