I-HUB MEETING. I-hub personnel led by provincial librarian Mat Nery, together with several municipal librarians of Ilocos Norte, discussed preparations for the forthcoming national convention of librarians of the Philippines to be held at Plaza del Norte Hotel & Convention Center, Laoag City on March 11, 12 and 13, 2015.
