As part of the three-day Science and Technology Caravan in Batac City, Ilocos Norte, the Provincial Science and Technology Center in the province has conducted a Press Conference yesterday, December 14, 2016 to showcase its programs and projects including the latest innovations undertaken by the agency and its stakeholders. The panelists were Batac City Mayor Albert Chua, Vice Mayor Jeffrey Jubal Nalupta, S& T Provincial Director Jonathan Viernes of Ilocos Norte, DOST ARD for Finance and Administrative Services Oscar Rimando and Gerald Calamaan, provincial head of DICT Ilocos Norte.
