As the Black Nazarene annual fever run high at Quiapo Catholic Church in Manila, Ilocano devotees paraded the replica of the revered image of Jesus Christ from the house of Minda Jacinto in Barangay 2, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, last January 9.
