NEW TOURIST ATTRACTION. The local government of Vintar recently launched the first-ever Bike and Surf Zipline in Ilocos Norte. The activity area is situated at Brgy. Parparoroc named “Umok ni Siwawer Vintar Adventure”. Vintar Mayor Larisa Foronda said that any tourist can experience the 270-meter long attraction at a very low cost. Other adventures in the area include zipline, surfline, superman zipline, 4×4 ATV, hydraucycle waterbike, floater, zurball, and kayak.
