Energy Undersecretary Roberto B. Uy formally met with MMSU President Shirley C. Agrupis last November 18. They talked about the DOE’s plan to make MMSU as an Energy Net Zero Campus. Their meeting was joined by other officials of DOE, MMSU Energy Management officers, and representatives from the United Nations Development Program Philippines, Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative. They also tackled the Solar Photovoltaic distillery and inspected later the proposed Net Zero Energy buildings sites at the MMSU-Batac campus. (DP Tapaoan)
