CHRISTMAS GIFT-GIVING. Reigning Little Miss Laoag City 2017 Cyrene Isobel Sor Guiang (in photos), 5 years old, plays little Santa Claus by distributing Christmas gifts to the Day Care Center pupils of Brgy. 25, Laoag City under teacher Marites Ferrer last Dec. 20, 2017. Ms. Ferrer said Cyrene surprised them with the gift-giving noting that she was her nursery pupil when she won her beauty-and-brains title. ABS-CBN TV Patrol Ilocos news anchor Grace Alba also described Cyrene “as a rare kid, who gives Christmas gifts to fellow kids instead of her receiving Christmas gifts” during the Yuletide Season. The said gift-giving activity was covered by reporter Denis Agcaoili, also of ABS-CBN here. At present, Cyrene is studying at the Holy Spirit Academy of Laoag.
