LAOAG CITY, JAN. 10–Two motorcyclists riding in tandem are being hunted by police for breaking the windshields of at least 18 motor vehicles parked in the different places in this city. Cops theorized it was the handiwork of fraternity men under initiation test. At least P35,000 cash reward is being offered by the authorities to tipster who can give info leading to the arrest of the suspects.
