BATAC CITY, Oct. 27– Fidencio Isao, 44, carpenter of Quiling Norte, this city was dead on arrival at the hospital due to severe head injury after he was hit by a car along the national highway at Brgy. Billoca here yesterday.
Police said the victim parked his motorcycle at the roadside when a car coming from the north fatally hit him and also injured another who was driving a kurong-kurong (improvised tricycle.)
Investigators said the car driver claimed he was sleepy when he lost control of the vehicle.
