DINGRAS, Ilocos Norte (Aug. 22) – A wanted person of this town voluntarily surrendered to Dingras Mayor Erdio Valunzuela.
The suspect identified as Rainier Ramos, 30, resident of Brgy. Esteban, of this town is facing murder charges.
Valenzuela said that the suspect earlier sent a surrender feeler following the issuance of his arrest warrant. (Theo S. Guiang)
