LAOAG CITY, Nov. 13– Youngsters John Tirso Domingo, 17, and Jaylord Gagarin 15, were declared dead on arrival at the hospital after they figured in a fatal road accident at Brgy. Bengcag, this city over the weekend.
PO1 Bradley Villanueva, an investigator, said the victims were riding in their kurong-kurong (improvised tricycle) when an east-bound SUV accidentally bumped their vehicle.
The victims were rushed to the Laoag City General Hospital but doctors pronounced them DOA.(tri-media report)
