BANGUI, Ilocos Norte – Joint police operatives from the Laoag City Police Station and Bangui Police Station arrested a certain Simbad Gagalion in Brgy. Dadaor, this town.
Supt. Edwin C. Balles, acting chief of police, said that based in their records the suspect is the same person believed to be involved in the series of theft and robbery incidents in the city and the province.
Last month, his identity was captured by a CCTV installed in a business establishment in the city where he allegedly burglarized, Supt. Balles said.
The suspect was newly released from the National Bilibid Prison, it was learned. (tsg)
