Turnover of computers by the PGIN for the Revenue Generation and Land Administration Reforms (REGALA) Project in pilot sites Piddig and San Nicolas last August 31, 2012 at the Ilocos Norte Capitol. The project will computerize all land information, transactions regarding real properties, and speed up inter-agency collaboration. The result of which is an increase in revenue collection by up to 50% which will result to poverty reduction.
