CAMP JUAN, Laoag City, Aug. 9– PO3 Danny Gaces of the Ilocos Norte-CIDG was awarded as the country’s Best Junior Police Commission Officer of the Year. He received his award during the 111th Police Service Anniversary held Aug. 8 at Camp Crame, Quezon City. Chief Inspector Melchor Piso, CIDG chief in Ilocos Norte, said Gaces had an excellent performance particularly in intelligence work that led to the capture of several notorious fugitives involved in high profile crime cases.
