SAN NICOLAS, Ilocos Norte, March 30– A lone robber looted a pawnshop here and fled with about P1 million cash and jewelry, lawmen reported.
Rolly Zambrano, manager, told investigators that the suspect disguised as early morning customer and declared the holdup. At knife point, he was forced to open the safe vault. The suspect hogtied him and later locked him at the comfort room.
Report said the suspect stabbed and wounded the manager before he escaped.(tsg/ml)
