CURRIMAO, Ilocos Norte (April 14) – The family of nursing graduate Judy Anne Delos Santos should be celebrating after her graduation. But instead, they are grieving because of her untimely death.
Judy Anne allegedly drowned in a swimming pool of a resort in this town, police reported.
S/Insp. Lester Tannagan said that her friends begun to worry when they couldn’t find her anymore until somebody noticed her body floating in the pool. She was rushed to the hospital but expired after few hours.
Initial investigation showed that an employee of the resort had warned the victim’s group that swimming is only allowed until 10 pm. He believed that the victim jumped into the pool when he left the area. (tsg)
