SAN NICOLAS, Ilocos Norte (April 22) – The first tallest hotel located in this booming town is now “softly” open for business as a streamer emblazons across its facade. Pamulinawen Hotel is an 11-story building with 181 suites and owned by Ilocos Hospitality Industry.
It is located along the Laoag-Manila road in the outskirt of this town. As vacationers flocked to the province, Pamulinawen had brisk business activities this Holy Week.
