SAN NICOLAS, Ilocos Norte (July 22) – The driver of a motorcycle was declared dead on arrival at a government hospital while his co-rider is still in critical condition when their motorcycle they were riding in collided with a trailer truck here.
Police identified the fatality as Ronald Navarro, while his injured companion was identified as Rosela de la Cerna.
Police said that the driver of the motorcycle was under the influence of liquor. (tsg)
