PIDDIG, Ilocos Norte, July 10–The neighborhood at Brgy. Lagandit, this town is deeply in mourning for the tragic death of their village mate.
The victim, on her birthday, hanged herself in a tree near her house using a rope.
Her family said she had sleepless nights since she came out from the hospital for treatment of her ailment.
