DINGRAS, Ilocos Norte (May 10) – Newly-installed Dingras Mayor Erdio Valenzuela has confided to kins and friends that he and his family members are no longer free to move around in public for fear of their safety since he assumed the mayorship left by ousted mayor Marynette Gamboa. Due to death threats via text messages, he said, his normal life was adversely affected. Before, he and his family used to dine in resto but now, his movement is limited, he added.
