ADAMS, Ilocos Norte – The family of Tina Espiritu is in grief after she drowned in Bolo river here where the family was having a picnic.
Relatives said that the 17-year-old from Brgy. Saguiguit, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte was found floating lifeless in the river where she went swimming.
They immediately rushed her to a nearby Rural Health Clinic but she was declared dead on arrival. (Teo Guiang)
