LAOAG CITY – The Laoag City Police Station has received an award from Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Region 1.
The award cited the police station’s successful buy-bust operation last January 25, 2015 at Brgy. 13, Laoag City, which resulted in the confiscation of 495.23 grams of shabu.
According to PDEA, the said seized volume is considered to be highest volume in Region 1 from January to October 2015.
The award was given last October 28, 2015 at La Union Police Provincial Office in Camp Diego Silang, Carlatan, San Fernando City, La Union. (tsg)
