Indiscriminate firing

MARCOS, Ilocos Norte, Aug. 22—ABC president Alexander Navarro reported that one of his councilmen voluntarily surrendered to him for alleged indiscriminately firing of gun on Saturday night due to internal family problem at his house in Brgy. Pacifico here.

Navarro said his councilman admitted the offense , hence, he faces alarm and scandal charges, among others.
Responding police said they seized from the suspect’s actual possession of the gun when they arrived at the scene.
His gun’s license expired last March this year.
