PROVINCIAL CAPITOL, Laoag City – Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ilocos Norte turned negative in a surprise drug test held recently.
PCL President and ex-officio member Domingo Ambrosio said that the drug testing was conducted last Monday during their regular session at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Hall.
He said that Vice Governor Angelo Barba and all twelve provincial board members were subjected to drug testing.
Ambrosio said that the drug testing went smoothly as all the SP members willingly submitted themselves to the testing. (tsg)
