LAOAG CITY (Dec. 4) –Fourteen-year-old Arjay Bolusan was no longer breathing when a relative found him inside his room in Brgy. 32-B, La Paz of this city.
Wilmer Martin, a relative said that Bolusan, a Grade 7 pupil of Ilocos Norte Regional School of Fisheries, hanged himself using a nylon cord.
Dr. Joseph Adaya of City Health Office announced that the victim’s cause of death is asphyxia.
Report showed that early in the day, the victim got drunk when he learned that his father, who lives in Hawaii, is very sick.
The victim was already dead for hours after he was discovered by his relative. (Theo S. Guiang)
