LAOAG CITY – Eight construction workers were rushed to Gov. Roque Ablan Sr. Memorial Hospital here for treatment due to alleged food poisoning , government doctors said.
The victims complained of severe stomach upset, dizziness and headaches after eating fish locally known as “yellow fin”, report said. They bought the fish from the city market.
Hospitalized were Mark Anthony Peria, 27; July Cadion, 30; Arnold Corales, 38; Larry Huso, 48; Ranel Legaldo, 31; Nestor Loromababa, 46; Andy Buendia, 36 kenni Albert Corpuz, 40. (Theo S. Guiang)
