BADOC, Ilocos Norte (July 16) – The brother of Badoc ex-vice mayor Tom Torralba was gunned down by still unidentified car-riding assailants on Friday at Brgy. Alogoog here.
Sisenado Torralba, 51, village chairman of Brgy. Alogoog, this town, was shot several times as he walked from his house to his nearby cock farm, police said.
Police said that the victim was an alleged drug personality in Badoc town. (tsg)
