PAGUDPUD, Ilocos Norte, May 20– Medical authorities said e-coli bacteria attack that messed up some beaches here was already controlled. The bacteria rose to abnormal level during the past few weeks due to the influx of many tourists who patronized the beaches. Gov. Imee Marcos appealed to the beach owners to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in their respective places.
