Drug pusher nailed near chapel

LAOAG CITY – In a joint operation conducted by PNP Laoag- PAIDSOTG agents, a suspected drug pusher was arrested in Brgy. 1, this city, for allegedly selling  a poor man’s cocaine called “shabu”.

Chief of Police Supt. Sterling Blanco said that a certain  Madriaga was arrested after a successful buy-bust operation at Brgy. Uno  near  the Iglesia ni Cristo chapel.

Blanco said that police operatives seized from the suspect 2 sachets of shabu and P1,500 marked money used by the undercover agents.

Meanwhile, the PAIDSOTG also legally searched two residences of suspected drug pushers in Solsona, Ilocos Norte.

At least four sachets of suspected shabu were found in the house of a certain Bumanglag and one sachet  in the residence of a certain  Cariaga.

Anelyn Laminen,  common-law wife of one of the suspects, witnessed the  house search.

Both suspects  are in the drug watchlist of PAIDSOTG.
