SAN NICOLAS, Ilocos Norte (June 19) – OIC-District Engineer Gil Lorenzo of DPWH second engineering district said road signs will be installed in several strategic places in the highways to serve as safety warning and guidepost for motorists.
He urged all vehicle drivers using the highways to observe these road signs in an effort to minimize road accidents especially during night time and inclement weather that pose low visibility of moving motor vehicles, pedestrians and road obstacles.
