PAOAY, Ilocos Norte, Nov. 25–A 57-year-old charcoal vendor was apprehended for selling shabu to a disguised cop during a buy-bust operation in a lake park here.
When interviewed by reporters, he denied the drug charges. He admitted that he was a drug user two years ago.
At least ten drug pushers and users in this town were recently arrested, lawmen said.
