CARASI, Ilocos Norte, June 10–Militiaman Dennis Rafael claimed he was tipsy when he hacked and wounded his pal during a drinking spree in Brgy. Barbaquezo, this town. The victim, Ruben Aurelio was treated for hack wound in the head at the hospital. Due to the incident, Aurelio said he severed his friendship with Rafael and vowed to file charges against him for frustrated homicide.(jg/mm)
