SARRAT, Ilocos Norte, Nov. 8–Antonio M, 72, attacked his tormentor who allegedly bullied him many times during the past days.
Police said the victim, Daniel Fernandez, was playing a card game in the wake of a barangay mate at Brgy. 5 San Vicente, this town when Lolo Antonio arrived.
At this juncture, Antonio whipped a sharp paper cutter and slashed the victim’s right hand, neck and mouth.
