LAOAG CITY, Oct. 26–Harvey Guerrero, 20, barangay tanod of Pila, this city, perished Wednesday night when his motorcycle he was driving crashed along the Laoag bypass road.
His back rider Noel Malvar survived the accident with minor injuries. He said Harvey was driving fast when he lost control of the motorcycle and plunged into the rice field.
Both were under the influence of liquor when the accident occurred.
