ADAMS, Ilocos Norte (Dec. 31) – A five-year-old boy was instantly killed in an hacking incident in said town, lawmen said.
The victim, Arvie Dupagen, was killed by his own aunt, identified as Lapaz Dupagen.
Initial investigation showed that the boy was walking with his mother when they met the suspect, who was carrying a ‘bolo’.
Police said that the suspect hacked the boy who was almost beheaded.
